Projects & Roles

Organize Work by Project

Every piece of content in A-Stats lives inside a project. Projects are self-contained workspaces — each with its own articles, outlines, images, integrations, and team members. This structure keeps your work organized whether you manage one website or twenty.

A solo content creator might use a single project for their blog. An agency might create a separate project for each client. A marketing team might split projects by brand, product line, or campaign.

Role-Based Access

Each project supports four roles, giving you precise control over who can do what:

| Role | Capabilities | |---|---| | Owner | Full control — manage billing, delete the project, assign roles | | Admin | Manage team members, configure settings, create and edit all content | | Editor | Create and edit articles, outlines, and social posts | | Viewer | Read-only access to all content and analytics |

Roles are assigned per project. A team member can be an Admin on one project and a Viewer on another.

Per-Project Settings

Each project carries its own configuration:

  • Brand Voice — writing style, tone, vocabulary, and custom instructions that the AI follows when generating content for this project.
  • Integrations — WordPress connection, Google Search Console, social media accounts. Each project connects to its own set of external services.
  • Knowledge Vault — uploaded documents are scoped to the project. One project's brand guidelines do not bleed into another project's content.

This isolation means agencies can manage multiple clients without worrying about data leaking between workspaces.

Why Projects Matter

Without project-level organization, scaling content becomes chaotic. Settings get mixed up, team members see content they should not, and integrations collide. A-Stats projects solve this by creating clean boundaries around every workspace — from a single blog to a multi-client agency operation.

Projects are available on all plans. Free accounts include 1 project. Paid plans include 3 to unlimited projects depending on the tier.
