The A-Stats Article Workflow
Every article in A-Stats follows a deliberate two-step process: outline first, then article. This separation gives you editorial control over structure before a single paragraph is written — so the AI builds on your intent, not its own assumptions.
Start with a Keyword
The keyword you provide anchors everything: the outline structure, the article title, heading suggestions, and SEO scoring. Specific keywords produce more focused results — "on-page SEO checklist for e-commerce" will generate a tighter article than just "SEO."
Review the Outline
A-Stats generates a structured outline with suggested sections based on what performs well in search for your keyword. You have full control:
- Rename headings and edit section descriptions
- Add new sections covering angles competitors miss
- Remove sections that don't fit your audience
- Reorder the flow to build the narrative you want
The outline is your highest-leverage edit. A few minutes here saves significant revision time later.
Generate the Article
Once you approve the outline, A-Stats expands each section into polished prose. The AI follows your section descriptions, maintains the tone defined in your project settings, and draws on any documents you've uploaded to the Knowledge Vault.
Score and Refine
The editor shows live SEO and AEO scores as you work. Common quick wins include adding your keyword to the meta description, tightening vague paragraphs with specific data, and adding structured formats (lists, tables, FAQ sections) that AI search engines prefer to cite.
Publish
When your scores look good:
- Copy the HTML for any CMS
- Push directly to WordPress with title, meta description, featured image, categories, and tags — all in one click
- Schedule social posts to promote the article across LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
